Pipe Bending Machine

Induction pipe-bending machines work by placing the pipe in an electric heating coil that has an alternating current inside it while simultaneously applying a bending force to the heated narrow band. This means the steel has a reduced thickness and ovality.

The pipe-bending machines lower production costs as it is much more expensive to weld a curve in a tube. Additionally, because these machines provide an exert curve without measurement, they produce a smoother and cleaner finish.
